Anthony Sica is the Creator, Writer and Artist of the six issue limited series, “Oh My God,” a divinely heroic, supernaturally hypnotic, mature, “bad girl,” indie thriller self-published by his own imprint, Wild Mercury Comics. His second title for Wild Mercury is a 2000 AD/EC/Warren Comics inspired space anthology called “Venus & Mars,” featuring the separate tales of the Vampire Warrior Princess Venerella and Nicole Drake, Head of the Military Police Force on a future Mars colony. His newest comic creation, “Misty America” features a fast talking, Uber American, Anti-Hero with enhanced abilities and Government Issued Earth to scorch. The WIld Mercury Universe continues to expand with planned titles “Lady Seraph” and “Monster Hit.” This lifelong Comics Enthusiast and self-professed Outlaw Comic Creator is no stranger to self-publishing. His career spans two decades as the editor, designer, writer and publisher of both “That’s Entertainment Magazine” and “Music Entertainment Magazine” in Central Florida and as the Co-Creator/Graphic Designer/Staff Writer for “SCENE”, a full-color lifestyle/entertainment magazine still published monthly in New York City. In addition, Anthony was a featured staff writer in 2007 for “Elmore,” a national publication covering Blues, Classic Rock and Americana music, with monthly reviews, features and several cover stories under his belt.
